Ketchup & Ice Cream

No those are not my pregnancy cravings.  They are actually two things that Ryan enjoyed fully last night.  Ryan is not a big meat eater, at all.  I decided last night to offer him a little ketchup to see if he would be more inclined to eating his turkey meatballs if he had some yummy ketchup to dip them in.  I kept showing Ryan how to get the ketchup onto the meat but he was not interested.  He decided it was better to eat the ketchup on its own.

Wednesday night was 31 cent ice cream scoops at Baskin Robins.  We planned on going but Jeff had to work late so it didn't happen.  We decided that we would do ice cream cones at home instead.  Jeff stopped off at the grocery store for some chocolate ice cream and cones on his way home.  Ryan LOVED the ice cream.  He made quite a mess of himself too.  Enjoy the video below of Ryan and his first ice cream and notice how the chocolate grows on his face each time he takes a bite.

This picture is too funny not to share (it had Jeff and I laughing for at least 3 minutes)...

A less traditional way of eating the cone...

Thanks Mommy and Daddy, this ice cream cone is the best thing I've ever tasted!
