Owen has graduated from the crib to the toddler bed! After much consideration, we decided that putting him into a toddler bed for a couple of years would be the best option for us for the time being. In a couple of years, baby girl may be ready for the toddler bed and the boys can upgrade to something really neat, bunk beds!
Last night was the boys first night sleeping in the same room and it went much, much better than I had anticipated. Ryan and Owen took a little longer than usual to fall asleep (about an hour) and there was plenty of giggling and "Owen get in your bed" going on. Then around 9pm all was quiet. I went in there to check on them and they were both in their own beds. :) They stayed there until 6:30 this morning when they both came running out of the room as happy as they could possibly be. Owen was so excited, screeching about his bed. The sound of the little feet running into our bedroom is one of the sweetest sounds I have ever heard.
