We have been trying to find all kinds of things to do in order to beat the heat. One activity the boys enjoy is making special treats. A couple of weeks ago we made funfetti cookies. If you haven't had them, you should. The recipe is on the side of the Funfetti CAKE mix box. Do not buy the cookie mix, it is not the same, cakey, yummy goodness. The cake mix makes those cookies that you can buy in the plastic packages with the yummy frosting on top.
