Saturday we were all geared up for an outdoor activity when a few afternoon showers popped up. We decided to go with an indoor activity instead. The Udvar-Hazy Museum is loaded with airplanes and they are expanding! Ryan was much more interested in the planes outside near the airport rather than those suspended from the ceiling inside the museum.
We fed Ryan his lunch on a park bench outside of the museum. Lucky for us, we were in the flight path of all the planes taking off from the airport. Each time a plane would take off Ryan would stand up and point at it. Ryan would show us the plane and do his best to say plane until it was out of sight.
See that speck in the distance? That is the plane...
